" No amount of meditation will help you if one is not sensitive enough for a neighbours' child cry " - SRI M Spirituality doesn't mean to ignore everything and sit in silence. Sri M the spiritual master always mentions that compassion and spirituality goes together. Rather one becomes self less with a tinge of spirituality. Twenty years ago when he settled at Madanapalli , he saw all the children playing in the fields and not going to school. He took an initiative to gather all the parents and created awareness about education and after assurance from them to send their children started a free school at Satsang foundation. Today so many children have become educated citizens through this initiative. Similarly touched by the difficulty and plight of the people's suffering during Covid , Sri M had decided to build a hospital at Madanapalli. A foundation was laid by the then president of India Sri Ramanath Kovind in Feb 2021. A multi speciality hospital has built now that was inaugurated and dedicated to the public service by Sri Ntin Gadkari , union minister for roads and highways. During inauguration on 13th July 2023 , the minister spoke about several good principles that need to be adopted by everyone to build a good Nation. Nation, society , organisation and then comes the individual in terms of priority . Therefore he urged every one to support the national interests and protecting such interests should be the motive in politics. He emphasised upon Ethics, Economy and Environment and Ecology as part of the important National development. Thus he was able to contribute to preserve the trees while making roads, protecting them as well as transplanting them by using newer technologies. In addition he contributed the ecology by planting lakhs of trees all along the highways. He made innumerable number of highways connecting the country with a special focus on quality by improving engineering methods and innovations. Going further he wants to reduce pollution by implementing alternate fuels and energy systems and also eliminating petrol, diesel etc. Bio ethanol and various ways of generating electricity is now being explored. He lamented that road safety has not taken off as expected due various reasons . Our highways therefore continue to be plagued by huge number of injuries. He lauded the idea of building a 50 bedded Swaasthya hospital with a trauma centre at Madanapalli. He appreciated the contribution of Sri M as the hospital indeed is need of the hour. He inspired everyone to do good social work so that it will protect them at times, quoting the incident of his own road traffic accident , years ago with a miraculous escape. Swaasthya hospitals at Madanapalli a true vision of Sri M has all the basic medical specialties, with a strong infrastructure and modern gadgets as technology offering state of the art medical , diagnostic , surgical and laboratory facilities. The objectives are to provide compressive health care to the rural poor apart from health education, awareness and rehabilitation. Sri M while inviting all the guests assured that he will hold the hand and provide moral support to all the patients who come to Swaasthya hospital. It means a lot to all those needy ones that his visit can provide moral boost, confidence and immense blessing to recover fast . Automatically his holy touch will make the care holistic truly standing out to the concept of " health and beyond". The idea of building the hospital is to provide specialist consultations , early diagnosis through the state of the art laboratory that can offer all the diagnostic services, respecting golden hour in all accidents and in every medical emergency, implementing safe mother hood, welfare of the children who will be back bone of the future , facilitating all varieties of specialist surgeries having most modern operation theatres, managing critical situations with an efficient critical care unit, recovery and rehabilitation . In addition out reach programmes , awareness creation, public health programmes related to communicable and non communicable diseases will make the goals of this hospital very comprehensive and holistic. After receiving the chief guest from the helipad, and planting the sapling , the hospital was inaugurated by cutting the ribbon and unveiling the inaugural stone. Sri M and Sri Nitin Gadkari accompanied by Sri Mithun Reddy and Sri Reddeppa honourable Members of Loksabha and Sri Nawaz Basha honourable member of Legislative Assembly light the lamp and dedicated the facility for the public service. The hospital with its fervency and decoration stands out as a marvel in the campus of Satsang Foundation. Apart from the dream come true it is a testimony of the hard work and team work of the members of the Satsang Foundation.
